Founding of Habegger Flooring
In 1978, Founder, Eldon Habegger began Habegger Flooring as a modest floor covering store in a small building on 13th street in Decatur, Indiana. In the 1980’s it was only through long hours and disciplined effort the company weathered tough economic times. Eldon’s expertise ultimately led to a business focused on the Motor Coach industry. In 1996 the move to the present location with over nearly 18,000 square feet of warehouse space use for inventory storage and motor coach flooring services.
Habegger's has provided flooring needs for nearly three decades, and is now a member in the United State's third largest carpet franchise, Abbey Carpets. The Abbey franchise enhances our ability to serve our customers.
